Viscosity and density of three binary mixtures of methoxyethanol with heptane, benzene and 1,4-dioxane have been measured at 308.15 K. The experimental data of viscosity were compared with theoretical values calculated by using various empirical relations. Further, the excess molar volume VE, viscosity deviation Dh, excess viscosity Dlnh and excess Gibbs energy of activation DG*E of viscous flow have been calculated. The results are interpreted in terms of interactions.
